How shopping works

Browse by category or explore the marketplace, add items to your cart, and check out securely. Each product is sold by an independent third-party vendor, who ships your order directly to you. You will see the vendor, price, and — where available — shipping time and options before you buy.

Secure checkout

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Adonait never stores your full card number. Look for the padlock in your browser and only enter payment details on our checkout. Learn more in our Security Center.

Shipping and delivery

Because each item ships directly from its vendor, delivery times vary by product (larger items like furniture can take longer). Estimated times, where shown, are provided by the vendor. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Returns and refunds

Return eligibility and windows are set by each vendor. If something isn’t right, contact us with your order number and we will help coordinate with the vendor. See our Refund Policy.
