Each item is shipped directly by the independent third-party Vendor that sells it. Adonait is a marketplace and does not warehouse, pack, or ship products, and is not responsible for shipping times, carriers, or delivery outcomes.

Processing & delivery times

Processing and delivery times vary by Vendor and product (furniture and large items may take longer). Estimated timelines, where shown, are provided by the Vendor and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs & taxes

Shipping fees and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will help coordinate with the Vendor. Resolution (repair, replacement, or refund) is at the Vendor’s discretion under their policy. Adonait does not guarantee any outcome.
