Keeping your account, your payments, and your data safe is a priority. Here’s how we protect you — and how you can protect yourself on Adonait Home.
How we protect you
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant provider; Adonait never stores your full card number. The Site runs over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to vendor and admin tools is protected and scoped, and we monitor for fraud and abuse.
Protecting your account
Use a strong, unique password and never reuse it across sites. Don’t share your login. Sign out on shared devices. Keep your email account secure, since it can be used to reset passwords. Contact us immediately if you notice activity you don’t recognize.
Shop and pay safely
Only enter payment details on our secure checkout — look for the padlock and the onlinestore.adonait.com address. We will never ask for your full card number, password, or payment details by email, text, or phone. Never move a transaction off-platform or pay a vendor through wire transfer, gift cards, or payment apps at someone’s request — that’s a common scam.
Spotting scams and phishing
Be cautious of messages that create urgency, ask you to click unexpected links, or request personal or payment information. Check the sender’s address carefully. When in doubt, don’t click — come to the Site directly and contact us. Deals that seem far too good to be true often are.
Report a security issue
If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Adonait Home, spot a fraudulent listing, or believe your account has been compromised, report it right away through the Contact page. Security researchers can also reach us there to responsibly disclose vulnerabilities.
