Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you place an order or apply as a vendor: name, email, phone, shipping address, and order details. Payment card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe — Adonait never stores your full card number.

How we use it

To process orders, share fulfillment details with the relevant Vendor, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and comply with law. We share order and shipping information with the Vendor that sells the item so they can fulfill it.

Service providers

We use Stripe (payments), Firebase/Google Cloud (data storage), and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep your cart and session working.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We retain order records as required for accounting and legal purposes.
